Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

 

Shipping: Standard shipping is FREE on all US orders, with delivery typically in 5-10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

 

Tracking: Every order includes tracked shipping. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate right away.

 

Wrong address: If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before shipment.

 

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, reach out through our Contact page and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
